LPG Simi Trailer Tanker Applications

1. Residential Fuel (Core Application)
This is the primary application of LPG, with tankers delivering LPG to every household.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas Supply Stations: Tankers transport LPG to LPG stations in communities and towns, where it is filled into household gas cylinders (steel cylinders) and then distributed to residential users for cooking and hot water.

Community Central Gas Supply Systems: For newly built high-rise residential buildings or residential communities, tankers transport LPG to the community’s gasification station (typically consisting of underground storage tanks and a gasification unit). The gasified gas is then distributed to each household via pipelines.

2. Industrial Fuel: This provides clean energy for various industrial furnaces, boilers, heat treatment plants, welding facilities, and ceramic and glass manufacturing, replacing coal and fuel oil. Tankers deliver LPG directly to factory tanks.

3. Vehicle Fuel (LPGV)
LPG Refueling Stations: LPG is a clean alternative fuel for vehicles (liquefied petroleum gas vehicles, or LPGVs). Tank trucks transport LPG from central storage and distribution stations to various filling stations, providing fuel for taxis, buses, and private cars.

Catering: Providing cooking fuel to restaurants, hotels, canteens, and more.

Agriculture and Animal Husbandry: Used for drying agricultural products, heating greenhouses, and insulating livestock and poultry houses.

5. Chemical Raw Materials
LPG (especially propane and butane) is an important chemical raw material. Tank trucks transport LPG to chemical plants for use in the production of propylene, polypropylene, maleic anhydride, acetic acid, and many other chemicals.

6. Energy Supplementation and Peak Shaving
City Gas Peak Shaving: During periods of insufficient natural gas pipeline pressure or peak gas demand (such as winter), LPG mixed with air can be used as a supplemental or emergency gas source. Tank trucks play a vital role in these peak-shaving stations.

Remote Area Energy Supply: In remote areas without natural gas pipelines, LPG tank trucks are the absolute mainstay of ensuring energy supply.
