Recently, 3pcs liquid oxygen storage tanks, air bath vaporizers and a complete set of supporting products provided by our company(cncd tank company)have been installed and commissioned in a large oxygen plant in China and officially put into operation.

It is reported that the equipment put into use this time has solved the core needs in the large-scale production of oxygen plants. The 3 liquid oxygen storage tanks adopt advanced low-temperature thermal insulation technology, which has the advantages of large storage capacity, high safety factor, and low operation and maintenance costs. It can realize long-term stable storage of liquid oxygen and effectively guarantee production continuity. The supporting air-bath vaporizer relies on the high-efficiency heat exchange design to make full use of environmental thermal energy to complete liquid oxygen vaporization without additional energy consumption, which perfectly fits the development concept of green energy saving, and greatly reduces operating energy consumption compared with traditional equipment.

During the implementation of the project, we set up a professional technical team to follow up the whole process, from preliminary scheme demonstration, equipment customized production, to on-site installation and commissioning, personnel operation training, to provide full-process integrated services.
