The specimens placed in the liquid nitrogen tank should be marked well, and the picking and placing should be stable, accurate and fast.

In order to prevent erosion of the tank wall, the cavity of the liquid nitrogen tank needs to be cleaned once a year. In addition, attention should be paid to reducing the transportation of cryogenic storage tanks as much as possible, and reducing the number of times of opening liquid nitrogen storage tanks. If transportation is required, a rope must be fixed to the car box to keep the liquid nitrogen storage tank erect. Prevent falling, overturning, lying across, and try to prevent violent vibration.
